Welcome to Voice of the Horse. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a retreat with us. By booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking Agreement

  1. Confirmation: By booking a retreat with Voice of the Horse, you agree to attend on the specified date and time as agreed upon during the booking process.
  2. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.
  2. Monetary Credit: If you are unable to attend the retreat, a monetary credit will be issued, which can be redeemed for any future retreat offered by Voice of the Horse.

Price Adjustments

  1. Future Retreats: If there is a price difference for future retreats, you agree to pay the difference before attending.
  2. Notification: You will be notified of any price adjustments at the time of booking a future retreat.

Credit Transfer

  1. Indefinite Credit: Monetary credit can be held indefinitely until redeemed.
  2. Gifted Credit: Credit can be transferred to another individual if you are unable to use it. You must notify Voice of the Horse of the transferee’s details prior to the retreat.

Q&A Form

  1. Required Information: You will be required to complete a quick Q&A form with personal information and medical history. This is necessary due to the inclusion of activities around horses and other animals.
  2. Confidentiality: All personal and medical information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of ensuring your safety and well-being during the retreat.

Accessibility

  1. Accommodation Limitations: Due to the nature and topography of the business, Voice of the Horse cannot accommodate persons who are disabled or infirm. Please contact us to discuss any specific accessibility concerns before booking.

Age Restriction

  1. Minimum Age: Participants must be over 18 years old to attend the retreat.

Health and Safety

  1. Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation in the retreat.
  2. Assumption of Risk: By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with being around horses and other animals and agree to assume full responsibility for your safety.

Code of Conduct

  1. Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and animals. Any disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.
  2. Compliance: You agree to comply with all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the Voice of the Horse staff.

Liability

  1. Waiver: By booking and attending the retreat, you waive any claims against Voice of the Horse, its employees, and agents for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat.

Modifications

  1. Changes to Terms: Voice of the Horse reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will apply to future bookings.

Agreement
